They may be able to help you with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Helping carers to understand their rights and how to exercise them.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting carers to access a Carers Assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting carers to communicate their own needs to people making decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Attending meetings with carers.<\/li>\n<li>Making a social care complaint.<\/li>\n<li>Helping carers to find other services that might be able to help them (signposting).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information visit <a href=\"https:\/\/cloverleaf-advocacy.co.uk\/advocacy\/carers-advocacy\">Cloverleaf Advocacy<\/a> or call 01924 454875.
